I have an old VB6 program which works when I use EXEcryptor. However, I have had to upgrade the project to VB from Visual Studio 2005.
Since doing so, I cannot protect the exe. When I try and run the protected program, I get an Application Error "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application."

Andrey wrote 6 Nov 2007 10:27:54 Can EXEcryptor protect application compiled with VC++(VS2005)? EXECryptor 2.4.0 RC works fine with MSVC 2005 C++ project while 2.4.1 doesnt. Application protected with 2.4.1 dropes an error: "Can’t load OLEAUT32.DLL". Strongbit team successfuly reproduced this error and promised to fix it in the next release... Waiting.

I would like to test the Trial version (2.3.9.0) on an EXE compiled with VS2005 but it appears that 2.3.9.0 does not work with VS2005. How can I get a Trial version to work with VS2005?
